Good to know

Can every ornament have a different name?

Yes. Send us your name list — we print every name exactly as written in your list, so please double-check the spelling.

Do I pay before I see my design?

No. The custom design is free. You pay only after you approve your proof.

Can I use my own design?

Yes — choose “09 Your own design” and send your file or idea. We create the layout and send a proof.

What if I don't like the proof?

We revise it until it's right. Nothing is printed until you approve. If you cancel after paying but before production, you get a full refund.

How do I send 100+ names or photos?

After you approve and pay, you get a short form: paste your names or upload a spreadsheet, and share photos with a Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive folder link.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes — shipping is free on every order, and in the Madison area we can deliver locally for free. Tell us your preference in the design form.

Do you have samples?

Yes, samples are available on request — just email us.
